I was actually the first in my family to go to the university, so I was the first engineer in the family. I do have a sister, which is younger than me, and is now doing her master in computer science. As we live in different countries, I would not say that I get help with my work. However, I did help her with her undergraduate project 😉

No one, my family lives a few thousand miles away from me in Siberia 🙂

My family are a chemist, and an electrical engineer, but at this point, I teach them about the marvels of technology, not the other way around 🙂

My partner Tim is also an engineer, so we have created lots of things together around our house to make life easier!

We turned a bedroom in our house into a cinema room with a projector and a hidden screen so we can play Xbox games and watch films. We also build a shed out of a table we found in a scrap heap!

      My sister!

She has a degree in mathematical physics and she helps me so much with the maths and physics parts of my projects 🙂

She is awesome we live together and study at the same university so we have each other as best friends we can ask technical questions and be there for each other outside of university work 🙂
