Question: How could robots deal with students that don't understand or refuse to work, as robots are only programmed with a set number of responses?

  At the moment we don’t really know how to make a robot think, and AI is not really intelligence. My idea of robots in schools is to attract students and get them motivated to study sciences.
  
  A robot will never be a teacher, it will only be an assistant to a teacher. For example it can monitor the class, it can help deliver part of the lesson, or it can be used to do some hands-on activities like programming.
