• Question: To what extent do you think biology and nanorobotics will be able to integrate in order to better suit the environment of the body? Scientists in Japan have recently constructed an Amoeba-like molecular robot which they claim has the ability to host nanorobotic components, do you think this research should be further-developed?

There certainly is an opportunity there. We have very few examples of organisms that could live forever, and not catch diseases. If we could use robots to repair our genes and therefore live longer, cure diseases or otherwise better the quality of life – nanorobotics in tandem with biology sounds very promising!
