I think you want to know how our vehicle is made? if not ask again..

Our vehicle takes around 18 months to make. The chassis the forms the foundation of the vehicle much like a car is made from fibre glass, which is a really light weight material but also really easy to form into shapes before it the resin sets. Once this is made all the components are added, like the sensors and on board computers which all have to be waterproof and tested to withstand huge amount of pressure that you get deep in the sea. Once these are added the outer shell of the vehicle is made which is also fibre glass. in the final stages the vehicle has buoyancy added to make sure it can float, and also the fins, rudder and propeller. Finally all the systems are fully tested before it is ready to be used.

I hope that answers your question.
